Naz Kleiman founded Kleiman Healthcare Services to bring honest, evidence-based, and patient-first medical care to the Tualatin community. An ANCC board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, she holds nursing degrees from the University of Texas and Walden University and brings over 25 years of frontline experience with alcohol and drug addiction and 20 years of clinical experience in palliative/hospice care, trauma and urgent care, women’s and men’s health, primary care, and weight loss management.
Her comprehensive healthcare experience gives her a broad, real-world perspective on the full spectrum of patient needs. Naz remains personally involved in daily patient care and is known for combining strong clinical expertise with compassion, consistency, and transparency.
She focuses on building long-term relationships with patients and delivering evidence-based, personalized treatment plans that support lasting health outcomes—not rushed, volume-based medicine.
